This afternoon we had an absolute blast finishing, organizing, and binding our "All About Sharks" books in class. We brought the binding machine into class and as kids wrapped up their final pages they came up to help bind their books! Tomorrow we will have a writers' share where kids will pair up and read their finished books to buddies. Kids will bring their books home tomorrow and we will hope to finish up our digital shark books (Google Slides) by the end of the week.
Next week we are going to Shelburne Farm and have plans to Skype with the class we have been talking to in Mexico. We need to wrap up all of our fun with sharks and Mexico because after break it's time to shift our focus to hatching chicks! Time sure flies when we are having fun!
