Kids A-Z Reading Accounts

Students in our class will all have many opportunities to use technology in exciting ways this year and I thought I would let you know about one way that your child can get started with both technology and reading at home right away! Kids A-Z Reading is an exciting online reading program that provides a collection of digital books at your child's good fit reading level and all students in our class have an account! Just click on the above tab that says "Kids A-Z Reading" and follow the simple steps to log into your child's personalized digital library from any computer! 

We do not officially start homework in first grade until October but this is a great way to have your child practicing reading good fit books in an engaging way starting now! It will also give them practice with their Kids A-Z account which we will begin using soon and use in class all year.
