4 Winds

Thank you so much to Maya's mom and Christian's mom for being our 4 Winds volunteers this year! 4 Winds is a wonderful science program run by parent volunteers who come into classrooms once a month to teach us about a specific topic related to nature. We had our first 4 Winds science lesson of the year on Monday and learned about spiders! Our volunteers taught us about spiders body parts, adaptations, the ways that spiders differ from insects, and even how to tell the difference between a male and female spider!
