Have a Great Summer!

Our last day of school was Monday and we had lots of fun together as we wrapped up the year. We had a Step-up Day in the morning where students got to visit their next-year's classroom, teacher, and classmates (so our class went to second grade and I got to meet kindergarten friends who will be my first graders next year!) then had a whole-school assembly where we sang, watched a slideshow of photos from the year, and watched the second graders come up to get certificates as they graduated from Union Memorial and head to Mallet's Bay school for next year! I will miss all of my first grade friends as they move on to grade 2 in the fall!
